This course program is tailored for people who want to learn Arabic, whether they are beginners or more advanced in their learning. Arabic is the mother tongue of nearly 350 million people in the world, even though it has many different dialects in different countries... With our teachers, you will learn modern Arabic. You can evaluate your level in Arabic to know which course package to choose!

DISCUSSED SUBJECTS

Thanks to our classes, our students acquire a basic knowledge of Arabic, allowing them to cope in an Arabic-speaking environment or with natives. At the end of our courses, beginner students can introduce themselves in Arabic, write short texts, share their opinions and ask for information.

Our more advanced students in Arabic will be able to give their opinion on complex topics and take part in conversations with natives. The teachers approach the concepts of the Arabic language by using topics of interest for the students. The first courses are usually used to better understand the individuals and allow the teacher to target the interests of the latter.

TEACHING METHODS

Depending on your preference, Arabic lessons can be provided remotely by Google Meet or by phone. However, teaching by Google Meet is ideal when the individual is a beginner since it allows screen sharing, exchange of texts and images. In this sense, Google Meet becomes a very informative visual support that gives the student the opportunity to integrate more quickly the various notions of Arabic. Courses taken via videoconference are perfect to work on your pronunciation.

It is possible to make changes to the course schedule, without penalty, with 48 hours notice.

At Global Lingua, there is a study area that contains your class schedule and the course notes you exchanged between you and your teacher. It is also possible to ask your teacher for exercises you could do outside of school hours, like writing in Arabic.

LENGTH OF THE CLASSES

You can schedule your language courses in Arabic depending on your availability and on the frequency that suits you best. Beginning students usually choose to start the program with a 30-minute class. Once they are more comfortable with their learning, most students continue the program by attending one-hour classes.
