The OACIQ (Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec) is the organization responsible for issuing real estate and mortgage broker licenses in Quebec. To obtain your license, you must pass the official OACIQ exam after completing your recognized training.

Important to know:
- If you choose to take the exam in French, you do not need to take the OQLF French exam.
- If you choose to take the exam in English, you will then need to pass the OQLF French exam to prove your written and oral French proficiency.
