The advanced courses are designed for people who already have a very good command of the Spanish language and wish to improve in one or more of the four language skills: listening, reading, speaking or writing.
Our advanced Spanish courses represent the C1 (autonomous) and C2 (master) levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Evaluate your level to see if this course is right for you.

DISCUSSED SUBJECTS
Teachers will focus on the language skills you want to improve, while not totally putting aside other skills. In general, advanced courses will help you assimilate the most difficult language uses of Spanish. We want to ensure that our advanced students can communicate in Spanish fluently and effectively in a variety of contexts. We also want our students to be able to identify facts and arguments in various written sources and to qualify them in writing. We also want to let you know the idiomatic expressions that characterize the Spanish language and make sure that you can use them in a relevant way.
TEACHING METHODS
Our students can choose to take their Spanish lessons by Google Meet or by phone. You can cancel a course or make changes to the schedule, without penalty, with 48 hours notice. After you register, you will be able to access a study area that contains useful information including your class schedule, homework assignments, objectives and course notes exchanged between you and your teacher.
If you want to boost your learning, you can agree with your teacher that you want to do exercises outside of school hours, in order to apply the concepts learned during classes.
LENGTH OF the CLASSES
Advanced courses in Spanish are taught at the time and according to the frequency that suits you best. Some students prefer 30-minute or one-hour classes, but it is also possible to take longer courses.
OTHER CLASSES THAT MIGHT INTEREST YOU
The courses for our more experienced Spanish students will allow you to start a conversation with native speakers, regardless of their accent. If you want to get the advanced level in a short time, it is also possible to take intensive Spanish courses with Global Lingua or courses focused solely on conversation.
